Saint-Léons, the house and us
Since 2020
We've set down our suitcases (and our tools) in Saint-Léons. Why, who are we and what drives us? Here are some of the answers, but we'll have plenty of time to discuss them if you're curious enough and feel like it.
Saint Léons
Bordered by the River Muze and boasting numerous inexhaustible springs, Saint-Léons is a peaceful amphitheatre-shaped village nestling in the heart of nature. It is also the birthplace of Jean-Henri Fabre, an eminent entomologist but not only...
Le Machaon ?

After 5 years of renovation work, we are now ready to welcome our guests in a completely refurbished 19th century building.
But why ‘Le Machaon’ ? Can you look closely enough at the house to guess the origin of the name ? Or perhaps it was Jean-Henri Fabre, who watched over us from the house where he was born and inspired us to create this species ?

I'm Erwan.
Rather reserved by nature,
I hope to have the pleasure of talking to you
and share with you some good times
or good tips.
I'm Noémie.
Smiling and friendly,
I'd love to welcome you
in our home for a moment
to relax and unwind.
I'm Maki.
I bark a bit when you arrive
but then I behave myself
to get a few cuddles.
We...
... are committed to making your stay as pleasant and convivial as possible.
... we will always endeavour to inform you, to help you and to find a solution.
